Seeds, nutrients, pest management products and test kits

• Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• Opened seed packets, opened nutrient and pest management containers and used test kits cannot be returned, because we cannot resell them.
• If something arrives wrong or damaged, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it.

Live plants

A plant that arrives dead or badly damaged is replaced or refunded when you tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. A plant that dies later from care or weather is not covered, but we will help you work out why.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approval. Shipping is refunded when the mistake was ours.
