Shipping

Last updated 15 October 2026. Pure Extracts LLC ships from Kerrville, TX.

Where we ship

Within the United States. Some items cannot go to some states: see the plant and seed shipping page.

Orders ship within 3 business days. Live plants ship early in the week so they are not held in a warehouse over a weekend.

Seeds travel in a padded envelope for a flat rate shown at checkout.
Other items travel in small priority boxes, priced from the box, the weight and your delivery address. The price is shown before you pay.

Texas sales tax is added to orders that are taxable in Texas. It is shown with the shipping before you pay.

You get a tracking number by email when the order ships.
